You will be shown to a cutting chair and offered complimentary refreshments and you will be informed of your stylists name who will then carry out a full in depth consultation that involves full client participation to ensure we fully understand the purpose of your visit and the result you are looking for. We have a late night opening every Thursday evening..
Back in the chair your professional stylist will bring into life the look and finish you desire whilst providing commentary throughout to maintain your full involvement and ownership of your style.
Your professional stylist will show to you and recommend products that are suitable
to meet the demands of your hair, which are normally only found in professional salons.
You
are not obliged to purchase any products but it is our duty to show you how to manage
and maintain your hair.
Once the consultation is concluded and your hair plan is completed you will be shown to our amazing wash rooms with fibre optic lighting and lay down wash chairs, where you will receive a complimentary head massage while the Paul Mitchell products work their magic on your hair.
For more in depth massage and specific hair treatments you may wish to book an extra 15 minutes in your appointment slot to benefit from a Paul Mitchell ‘wash house’ treatment which comes with a free product gift. Ask in the salon for treatment details and costs.
